Where is it profitable to buy a property?
My husband and I want to buy real estate as an investment. But we just cannot decide where it is best to buy - here in St. Petersburg or abroad. Both options are tempting, there are pros and cons. Who can tell the contacts of a trusted real estate agency?

Now many people buy apartments from us in new buildings, make repairs and rent them out. You can also do this, all the same, return to yourself part of the amount spent on the purchase of an apartment.

Abroad, too, you can buy a property and rent it at a time when you will not live there. The truth is that in some countries this is quite strict and you need to formalize everything and pay taxes.

I read a lot of information about investing money and came to the conclusion that it is still better to buy property abroad. So you can at any time go to rest and live in your house, you can get a residence permit, and of course your children will be able to get an education abroad. To buy property abroad, you can contact, for example, in this company.

It all depends on how much you are willing to spend money on real estate. A good property abroad will cost much more than in St. Petersburg, so make a conclusion and make the right decision.

A good thing to invest money in real estate and always profitable, since real estate never falls in price. In my opinion, investing in overseas property is more profitable, as it is in great demand. So I would advise you to look at buying property abroad. You can see, for example, apartments in Prague and if you like to buy here on this site

I would have bought an apartment in St. Petersburg, and would have rented it. To buy an apartment abroad is not so simple. Especially in our time, you can easily get on the scam.

In St. Petersburg it is not profitable to buy housing, the prices are very high. If I were you, I would decide to buy an apartment in Kotka, this is Southern Finland. Their housing prices are quite reasonable. And the ecology is much better there. By the way, a three-room apartment will cost much less than in the center of St. Petersburg.
