First of all, the book “Rebecca” by Daphne de Maurier comes to my mind. An amazing Victorian novel of the 20th century, born from Wuthering Heights and Jane Eir. You can recall "Cranford" Elizabeth Gaskell - very kind, warm and touching book. Cozy, purely English novel. In general, I advise this author and other books to read ("Wives and Daughters", etc.) Of course, we should not forget the "Singing in the Thornberry" McClow - a book about bright, beautiful love. "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diana Setterfield, works by Daniela Steele. If you love Austen, you should like the book by Fowler Karen "The Book Club of Jane Austen" - there is a discussion of the novels of the writer. This is a story, a bit confusing, about how Austen's work can unite completely different people.
