To prepare a salad, absolutely any food is suitable, you can even use what lies in your fridge. For refueling, mayonnaise is most often used, but you can take sour cream, kefir, mustard and even tomato paste. Salads are quite light and nutritious food, therefore, using them, you not only get great pleasure, but also benefit your body. I offer some unusual recipes, which, no doubt, will please your taste and your relatives.
Salad with pineapple and cheese and chicken
We prepare the following products: a pound of chicken breast, a can of corn and pineapple, a piece of hard cheese, five leaves of lettuce, three tablespoons of peeled pine nuts, fresh dill, basil, three cloves of garlic, mayonnaise, pepper, nutmeg, a little salt.
Preparation: a salad with pineapple and cheese and chicken begin to cook with the longest procedure - cooking. We put a pot of water on the fire and wait for it to boil. After that, we lower the chicken into the water and add some salt to it. If you cook it in this way, it will turn out much tastier and juicier. The cooking time of the chicken is about half an hour. It is very important not to digest it. We remove the prepared bird from the pan, cool it a bit and cut it into small cubes.
- Lettuce leaves are washed, cut and put into a large cup.
- Open the corn, drain the juice and put it in the same cup.
- Pineapples cut into cubes and add to chopped chicken.
