37-year-old showman Vadim Galygin spoke in favor of decentralizing power when he opened the Pacific Meridian International Film Festival in Vladivostok.
He proposed to move the capital here from Moscow. True, Vadim Galygin added that the transfer of the capital to Vladivostok can be possible only during the voting. Nevertheless, he assured that all residents of the Comedy will support this initiative.
One of the reasons for this statement was the scale of the film festival, which takes place in Vladivostok. According to Galygin, at the festival "there really is something to see."
