The issue of registration of the sanitary book
Good afternoon! Interested in such questions: when applying for a job, for which a sanitary book is required (specifically when joining a private café), at whose expense is it issued: an employer or an employee employed? Is it legal that an employer requires a sanction to be made at the expense of the employee? If it is issued at the expense of the employer, does he have the right to keep it after the dismissal of the employee? (As an example, my friend worked in one well-known network of fast food, and when he dismissed the sanitary book, the company kept it, since it paid for it herself). Thank you in advance for your response.

I have never seen cases that the sanitary card was framed by the employer, I do not know such subtleties. It has always been at the expense of the employee, even in the ads write in the number of requirements for the presence of sanknizhki. In any case, it is better to arrange for yourself and for your money (this is not so expensive), because you can always quit your job, and a message for the future may come in handy more than once.Made out of its own funds, in any case it belongs only to you, and no employer has the right to take it away from you.

Now it’s already such a time that you don’t need to go to polyclinics for every necessary certificate, and you can even order the necessary certificate for an adequate price while sitting at home or in the office.
