Social benefits are provided in our countryAccording to the law "On State Benefits of Citizens". A certain category of people can receive such benefits, and a special procedure for their payment is also provided.

Also to date, there are somefeatures of the receipt of these benefits. So, if you again go to work, then immediately there will be a complete cessation of payments for child care. But if you decide to leave work before the end of the allotted period, the payment of the benefit will resume again.

In case a woman starts working part-time, the specified allowance will be paid in full. It will also be assessed if the mother is a student and decides to continue her education.

In the place where you work, the allowance can be obtained with the salary.

So, under Russian laws, a single mother is called a woman who gave birth to her child out of wedlock, or after three hundred days have elapsed since the divorce was formally formalized.

Single mothers are insured and have certain social guarantees in the event that the employment contract is terminated. They are also granted an additional leave of two weeks (without pay).
