Water pollution is the deterioration of their quality as a result of discharges into them, or the introduction of various harmful substances in some other way, and clogging - as a result of the entry of suspensions or objects into them. Depletion is a steady decrease in their volume.

Maintain in a condition that is completelymeets all environmental requirements of both surface water and groundwater, is ensured by installing and strictly adhering to the norms of MPW (maximum permissible concentration) for any water bodies.
The full protection of water is made based on the following norms:
1) The maximum permissible anthropogenic load, which in the long term will not bring its magnitude to the change in the ecological system of the given water body.
2) The maximum permissible mass of harmful substances, which, when it enters the water body or the area of its catchment area, it can neutralize without prejudice to itself. Water protection, as well as ensuring the safety and health of the people it uses requires compliance with established standards for the content of both harmful and polluting substances, their maximum permissible concentrations in the water. To support water quality, which complies with such regulations,
