The American leader Barack Obama announced the expansion of the “black list” of citizens against whom the US is imposing sanctions in connection with the annexation of Crimea by Russia.
The first edition of the list, among others, included Vladislav Surkov and Valentina Matvienko. Now, the State Duma’s speaker Sergey Naryshkin, well-known businessmen Gennady Timchenko, Yuri Kovalchuk and the Rottenberg brothers filled up the “black list”. Also under the action of US sanctions fell the head of Russian Railways, Vladimir Yakunin.

stressed that he signed a decree that allows the United States to impose sanctions against the main economic sectors of Russia.
