Serious Mass is a gainer that is designed to quickly and effectively replenish the energy reserves spent on training.

Serious Mass is a protein-carbohydrate complex, containing a large number of various minerals, vitamins and trace elements. Due to the presence of carbohydrates in the Gayner both with a low glycemic index and with a high one, its intake contributes to the build-up of extremely lean muscle mass.

This complex should be taken in whole portions or in half at certain time intervals:

  • between meals
  • before bedtime
