How to cook shish kebabs? Quick and unpretentious way
Shish kebab is a very tasty meat dish. It is believed that it should be prepared by representatives of the male sex. Probably, these are echoes of ancient times, when a man was a breadwinner in the literal sense of the word, and all the food was cooked at the stake. But the beautiful sex can adequately cope with this task.
The recipe for the dish "Shish kebabs with kiwi"
This is a simple way of marinating meat, whichSuitable in the case when it must be marinated in fast. That is, if you want to taste a shish kebab in a couple of hours (and usually meat is marinated for several hours), then we suggest you to roast a shish kebab with kiwi.
- 2 kg of pork;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 1 fruit of kiwi fruit;
- fresh greens of parsley, tarragon, basil, dill;
- 2 bay leaves;
- Spices (black ground pepper, coriander).
For a quick marinade, we will need pork meat. Of course, it is better to use the neck part for this. Shish kebabs with kiwiare prepared from meat pieces of medium size. Meat washed, cut the non-prone parts, cut into pieces across the fibers. Lamb should be pickled with kiwi up to 60 minutes, and beef - up to 90.
The promarinated meat is strung on skewers orlaid out on the grate for a fire. The onions, greens and bay leaves available in the marinade are best removed from pieces of meat, since these ingredients are burnt during cooking. Fries meat, as usual, on hot coals.
We offer to make also a refueling for the friedshish kebab. Peeled onions cut into semi-rings, add your favorite fresh greens (parsley and tarhun will do the best). You can sprinkle the green onion seasoning with balsamic vinegar. Stir well and lay on top of the kiwi shish kebabs.
