How to cook delicious beans?
Legumes make up a large part of the diet for many people. The two most popular representatives of this family are peas and beans. The latter is both tasty and healthy, and is combined with many very diverse products. The main thing is to know how to make delicious beans - and you will never get bored with it.

Greek asparagus beans
Not all housewives are familiar with asparagus beans, why they are often treated with disbelief. Nevertheless, there are many ways to cook asparagus beans tasty, and the list includes first courses, and second, and side dishes. We offer for consideration an interesting Greek dish.For it will need:
- 2 kg of asparagus beans;
- 100 ml of vegetable (preferably olive) oil;
- large onion;
- three potatoes;
- 2 cups tomato paste;
- 4 things. a tomato;
- a bunch of fresh parsley and a little less - dill;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt, pepper, sugar - to the taste of your family.
The preparation itself includes the following steps.
- The beans are washed, the excess is cut off.
- Onions cut into small cubes.
- Garlic is pressed or chopped.
- Carrots cut into strips.
- Potatoes are chopped into cubes or slices.
- Onions are fried in a deep frying pan or broiler. Upon reaching the golden color - garlic is added.
- Joins beans, carrots and potatoes.
- Tomato paste, parsley, shredded tomatoes and sugar are added.
- The fire is significantly reduced, the pan is covered with a lid and left for an hour to evaporate.
- 10 minutes before the end of the process, spices and dill are added.
Cooked food is laid out on plates and cheese is poured on top.
Green beans with carrots
This is another example of the unfamiliar variety of legumes, when meeting people who are lost. And at the same time there are many interesting and easy ways how to cook tasty green beans. Try, for example, this:
- Cooked 400 g beans boil with butter (a tablespoon) and soy sauce (take 5 spoons).
- Cut the carrots into strips and fry.
- Chop the boiled and cooled beans with short, but not short, slices.
- Connect with the carrot. At this stage, you can add more soy sauce - if you want.
- Extinguish another minute or two, not more.
- Finally, enrich the dish with coarsely chopped parsley and celery and serve hot.

Red beans with pork
It is more familiar to our compatriots, but at the same time few of them guess how to make tasty red beans. Except in borscht or vinaigrette, it is little used in other dishes. At the same time, with a little effort, you can make just a unique dish, which includes the following products:
- red beans - a glass;
- pork neck - 400 g;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- carrot - 1 pc .;
- potatoes - 2 pcs .;
- dry white wine - half a cup;
- vinegar (grape or apple) - 1 tbsp. l .;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
- pepper, salt and coriander - to taste.
First you need to boil the beans. It is poured with water overnight, then the water is drained, the beans are washed and boiled for about an hour and a half. When the beans are ready, proceed to the rest of the products:
- Chopped, peppered, seasoned with coriander and salted meat is poured with vinegar and wine (half the volume) and marinated for at least two hours.
- Then it quickly roasted.
- Peeled carrots and bulbs are chopped and added to pork. The harvested garlic and the remainder of the wine are poured into the pan, and the whole thing is stewed for half an hour.
- Beans, finely chopped greens, tomato paste, pepper, and salt are added.
- Everything together should be stewed under the lid for another half hour.
During this time, the potatoes are baked in the oven, cut and laid out on a la carte plates or a common dish. When the beans are ready, it is laid out over the potatoes, sprinkled with greens, and everything is served on the table.
