  • cream - 100 ml;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

The process of cooking Julien looks like this:

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Grate the cheese, rinse the chicken fillet under running water and chop.
  3. Wash mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  4. Put the chicken fillet, onion and mushrooms in the crock-pot, mix everything up and set the “Baking” mode for 10 minutes.
  5. Salt and pepper the ingredients, pour them with cream and cook in the same mode under the lid closed for another 30 minutes.
  6. Stir the julienne and sprinkle with cheese, then soak it for another 10 minutes in a slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, and then serve it to the table.

Cooking Julien in Greek

Julienne in this recipe is cooked in the oven. It requires the following ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • sour cream - 250 g;
  • olives - 100 g;
  • onions - 50 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 15 g;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • black ground pepper - 1 tsp;
  • salt - to taste.

Prepared julienne with mushrooms and chicken in Greek as follows:

  1. Take the chicken fillet, rinse under running water and boil in a saucepan until cooked, and then dry it and cut into strips.
  2. Put the pieces of meat in the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cut the olives into thin rings, and the onions into small pieces, then fry them in butter, then add sour cream and flour, mix everything, salt, pepper and season on fire after boiling for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the onions, chicken and olives in the cots along with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
