Cooking:

Beets are cut, mixed with tomato paste, vinegar, sugar and fat and a small amount of broth and stewed until tender. Carrots and onions are fried in fat. The broth is given to boil, salt, put the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, add the cabbage and cook another 10-15 minutes. Next, add roasted carrots with onions and stewed beets. Cook for another 5 minutes and add flour, diluted previously in hot broth (to avoid lumps), chopped sweet pepper, and greens. Dusted (if necessary). Serve, put in each plate, grilled lard with garlic.
