Cake "Sweet potato" was invented economicalconfectioner, so that the crumbs and trimmings from the biscuits are not wasted. In days of my youth, this delicacy was prepared from the waste pie "Prague". If someone does not remember, it's such a brown biscuit, topped with a glaze of cocoa and sugar. By the way, the products go to the cake and cake the same, so it's very convenient. At once it is possible to start up all waste and substandard cakes.

Perhaps, even the most clumsy mistress knows howcook "potato", so simple is the recipe for a cake. I personally prepared my first dessert in ten years from crumbs of vanilla crumbs, cocoa powder and butter and sugar. Since then I've tried a lot of variations of this recipe and I want to share my knowledge with readers. As a man of creative profession, I like to invent my own names for dishes. For example, dessert from ground breadcrumbs in our family is called "Vanilla".

So, the promised recipe. It will take biscuits (preferably very fresh) about 500 g, oil - 150 g, cocoa in powder (best of Russian production) - 2 liters. sugar, previously tattered in powder - to taste. If desired, you can add pounded walnuts. As a fragrance we use vanilla powder. The finishing touch is whipped cream from a can.

For this recipe I take a pack of chocolatecookies, ordinary biscuit, weighing 250 g, condensed milk with the addition of cocoa (or coffee, this is more to someone more to taste) - one jar, a spoonful of liqueur or rum, a faceted glass of peeled nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts).

The first thing you need to grind the cookies. The most convenient way to do this is by packing it in a double bag and rolling it with a rolling pin. We mix cinnamon with condensed milk, add chopped nuts, form a cake, roll in cocoa and lay out on a platter. Such a cake "Sweet Potato" is best for coffee.

"Nezhenka"

This recipe represents somea variation on the theme of a traditional cake. I really like his delicate creamy taste. But such a dessert is a real high-calorie bomb, so it is more suitable for children.

You will need baby food "Baby" or "Baby", butter - how much will go in, cocoa powder for color.

We soften the oil and add the mixture to it. Then add a couple of spoons of cocoa. Consistency should be homogeneous and thick enough to make it possible to roll balls. Of course, this is not exactly the dessert "Sweet Potato", to which we are accustomed, but also very tasty.

"Heavenly life"

To prepare such a treat, you will needa traditional set of products: biscuits, butter, cocoa and sugar. But instead of nuts we use coconut shavings. It can be added to the total mass and additionally roll in it a ready-made cake.

Cake "Chocolate Potato" differs fromusual only with a thin layer of glaze. You can prepare it in several ways. Personally, I make it from the finished bitter chocolate with the addition of a small amount of milk. It's enough to crush the tile, pour it into the milk and put it in the microwave for a few minutes, putting out the average power.

Option number two is a glaze made from cocoa powder. Make it simple. Prepare cocoa, powdered sugar and a small amount of milk.
A frying pan will be needed for melting. We put sugar in it, lightly melt it on a small fire, in a thin trickle add milk, so that the mass in consistence resembles thick sour cream. We pour the cocoa, mix it to smoothness, warm it well, so that the sugar dissolves.

Pour glaze over the cakes from above and leave until hardening.
